ENGLISH RECIPE
1/2 Carrots
1 Oinon
1 Clove of garlic
1 glass of chicken stock
Oil
Salt and peper
Rosmary and parsley
One or two spoons of greek yoghurt
1- Fry onion in oil 5 o 10 minutes.
2-Add ingredients except yoghurt
3-Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes
4-Add yoghurt.
